张洪杰，男，1969年10月出生，河南省登封市人，郑州大学临床医学专业毕业，本科学历，知名针刀专家、骨科副主任医师、国家二级心理咨询师，登封市总医院大康复医学科副主任、登封市人民医院康复医学科一病区主任、登封市第九批专业技术拔尖人才。 现任中国中医药研究促进会针刀医学分会副主任委员、中华中医药学会针刀医学专业委员会常务委员、中华中医药学会筋膜学协同创新共同体委员、世界中医药学会联合会疼痛康复专业委员会常务理事、河南省中医药学会针刀医学分会副主任委员、北京汉章针刀医学研究院学术委员会副主任委员、北京汉章针刀医学研究院河南学术部副主任委员。
1994年8月参加工作，曾在郑州澍青医学高等专科学校从事正常人体解剖学、外科学基础与临床教研工作十余年。2005年9月调入登封市人民医院，先后从事骨外科、手外科、显微外科、中医针刀微创外科及中医整脊正骨、大外科康复等工作至今。参编《针刀治疗骨性关节炎》、《肌腱韧带滑液囊临床诊疗》、《人体解剖学实验指导》、《外科学实训指导》等系列丛书及发表学术论文十余篇。2018年9月21-23日在登封市人民医院召开的“河南省中医药学会针刀医学分会学术年会”上，首次提出“智慧针刀医学新理念”：倡导针刀医学应以开放包容的胸怀在中西医融合发展的基础上传承创新，以注重心身和谐的智慧激发机体自我修复重建的潜能，进而达到身心同治顺应自然的针刀医学新要求。
曾先后在中国人民解放军四零一医院、中国人民解放军海军总医院、河南省人民医院进修骨科、康复、手外科、显微外科等，并师承全国名老中医王燮荣（原中国人民解放军海军总医院全国名老中医传承工作室）大师精习中医针刀微创、整脊正骨等技术。参加国内举办的针刀医学高级研修班、针刀医学专家研修班、针刀医学解剖高级研修班、手法研修班多期，参加针刀、骨伤、疼痛、康复、筋膜学、颈肩腰腿痛、显微手外科等国际国内学术交流大会二十余届。在骨外科、手外科、显微外科、大外科疾病康复治疗、针刀微创治疗、整脊正骨等方面有较深的研究与造诣。

He started work in August 1994 and has been engaged in the teaching and research of normal human anatomy, basic surgery and clinic in Zhengzhou Shuqing Medical College for more than ten years. In September 2005, he was transferred to Dengfeng people’s Hospital and has been engaged in bone surgery, hand surgery, microsurgery, minimally invasive surgery with traditional Chinese medicine needle knife, traditional Chinese medicine chiropractic bone setting and major surgical rehabilitation.
